Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, marinated
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pitas
- 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop bell peppers and red onion and spread them on a sheet pan.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are charred.
