Description

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place the brie wheel in the center.
  3. Top the brie with cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the pastry over to encase the cheese completely.
  5. Brush with the egg wash mixture (beaten egg and water).
