Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place the brie wheel in the center.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pastry over to encase the cheese completely.
- Brush with the egg wash mixture (beaten egg and water).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
