Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 2 pounds)
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Diced onion (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, about 7 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and seasonings with the beef in the skillet.
