Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 2 pounds)

- Diced onion (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, about 7 minutes.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and seasonings with the beef in the skillet.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Layer frozen tater tots across the top.
