Description

A quick and flavorful garlic shrimp dish perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (medium to large, peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in garlic, olive oil, and salt for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter until sizzling.
  3. Add the marinated shrimp in a single layer to the skillet.
  4. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
