Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef or turkey in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine browned meat, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices, and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  3. Add uncooked spaghetti on top, ensuring it’s submerged in sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top to melt.

Notes

For best results, add pasta halfway through cooking to avoid mushiness. Use high-quality ingredients for better flavor.
