Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups uncooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef or turkey in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Combine browned meat, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices, and vegetables in the slow cooker.
- Add uncooked spaghetti on top, ensuring it’s submerged in sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top to melt.
Notes
For best results, add pasta halfway through cooking to avoid mushiness. Use high-quality ingredients for better flavor.
