Description
A sweet treat that combines the nostalgic taste of campfire s’mores into a soft and chewy bar with a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to create a crust.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer the chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Add the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For firmer bars, chill the crust for 10 minutes before adding fillings. Allow cooling completely before cutting for neat squares.
