Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze for up to three months wrapped individually.
