Description

Delightful truffles that combine the flavors of snickerdoodle cookies with a creamy cream cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze for up to three months wrapped individually.
