Delightful truffles combining the warm, cinnamon-sugar flavor of snickerdoodles with a creamy cream cheese center.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- Additional cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and additional cinnamon for coating.
- Roll the truffles in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Refrigerate the coated truffles until ready to serve.
Notes
Truffles can be customized with different coatings or flavorings. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
