Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop the dough into rounds and place them on the baking sheets with adequate space.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
