Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 cups sliced vegetables (carrots, zucchini, mushrooms)
- 1 package ramen noodles (or gluten-free alternative)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, sauté the ground beef and sausage until browned.
- Add the sliced vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the kimchi and ramen noodles, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and gochujang, if desired.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes, adding more broth if necessary.
- Serve hot, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
