Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 Thai bird chilies, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • Cooked jasmine rice (for serving)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Toss in fresh basil and stir until wilted.
  6. Serve over jasmine rice, garnished with lime and cilantro.
