Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 Thai bird chilies, sliced
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- Cooked jasmine rice (for serving)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned.
- Toss in fresh basil and stir until wilted.
- Serve over jasmine rice, garnished with lime and cilantro.
