Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-4 fresh Thai bird chilies, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a hot wok or skillet.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase heat to high and add the marinated chicken, stir-frying until cooked through.
- Add fresh basil just before serving and stir until wilted.
- Serve over jasmine rice.
