Description
A rich and creamy Steak Alfredo recipe that combines perfectly cooked steak and a smooth Alfredo sauce over pasta, ideal for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.
- In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the steak and toss it with the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce until well mixed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently over low heat with a splash of cream to restore consistency.
