Description

A rich and creamy Steak Alfredo recipe that combines perfectly cooked steak and a smooth Alfredo sauce over pasta, ideal for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.
  4. In the same pan, add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Slice the steak and toss it with the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce until well mixed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat gently over low heat with a splash of cream to restore consistency.
