Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a hot skillet, sear the seasoned steak strips in olive oil until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir in the grated parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, toss in the steak, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve in shallow bowls with extra parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish. Pair with a green salad and garlic bread.
