Description

A culinary delight combining tender steak with creamy garlic parmesan pasta, perfect for any occasion and ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a hot skillet, sear the seasoned steak strips in olive oil until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir in the grated parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, toss in the steak, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve in shallow bowls with extra parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish. Pair with a green salad and garlic bread.
