Description

A restaurant-worthy dish featuring savory steak complemented by a rich, creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet and add the steaks. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any brown bits from the pan.
  6. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve the steaks topped with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Choose tender cuts for best results. Let the steak rest before slicing for juiciness.
