Description
Tender and protein-rich bagels made with fresh strawberries and cottage cheese, perfect for quick breakfasts or brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour (or 3/4 cup all-purpose + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped or mashed strawberries
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth (20-30 seconds in a food processor).
- Stir in flour and strawberries until just combined.
- Scoop into 4-6 rounds on a parchment-lined sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–16 minutes until set and golden.
- For air fryer, cook at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Notes
These bagels toast beautifully and can be made in batches for freezing. Try different toppings for varied flavors.
