Description

A light and airy dessert capturing the essence of strawberries in a fluffy, delightful way.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend fresh strawberries into a puree.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until glossy peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
  5. Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sugar based on strawberries’ sweetness. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
