Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend fresh strawberries into a puree.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until glossy peaks form.
- Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
- Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sugar based on strawberries’ sweetness. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
