Description

A delightful layered dessert combining sweet strawberries, creamy filling, and crunchy pretzels, perfect for gatherings and summer treats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix well.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture in an even layer in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  6. In clear cups, layer the pretzel crust, cream cheese mixture, and sliced strawberries, repeating layers until cups are full.
  7. Top with additional strawberries before serving.
