Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup prepared stuffing
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, prepared stuffing, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lined baking dish.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
