Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the drained pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken or serve whole, garnishing as desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken towards the end of cooking, mix cornstarch with water, and add to the sauce for an additional 15-30 minutes.
