Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon in honey, pineapple juice, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Bake the salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the top is caramelized.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and green onions before serving.
