Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Pizza Dough (Store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Softened)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Freshly minced)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (Fresh; substitute with basil or thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Sea salt preferred)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper (Adjust according to taste)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Gooey texture)
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Tangy flavor)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to create a garlic herb spread.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.
  4. Spread the garlic herb mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses over the spread.
  6. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
  7. Pinch the ends to seal, then place it seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Make shallow cuts along the top of the dough for decoration.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
