Ingredients
- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups marinara or taco sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
- Fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, or sliced jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning on the stovetop until fully cooked.
- Boil pasta shells until al dente and drain them.
- Stuff each shell with the beef mixture.
- Layer stuffed shells in a baking dish with sauce and cheese.
- Bake in the oven until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
