Description

A delightful twist on Thanksgiving leftovers, the Thanksgiving Crunchwrap brings together turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup stuffing
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Gather all your Thanksgiving leftovers.
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and layer the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in the center.
  3. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a sealed pocket.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pan-fry the wrapped tortilla until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from skillet and let cool for a moment before slicing in half.
