Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- ½ cup stuffing
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Gather all your Thanksgiving leftovers.
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and layer the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in the center.
- Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a sealed pocket.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pan-fry the wrapped tortilla until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a moment before slicing in half.
