Description

A soothing remedy using Vicks, garlic, ginger, and salt, perfect for muscle aches and tension.


Ingredients

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely mashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Vicks
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash garlic and ginger until fine to release essential oils.
  2. Mix the mashed garlic and ginger with Vicks and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Apply the paste to sore areas and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. For extra soothing, wrap the area with a warm cloth after application.

Notes
