Description
A soothing remedy using Vicks, garlic, ginger, and salt, perfect for muscle aches and tension.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely mashed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely mashed
- 2 tablespoons Vicks
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash garlic and ginger until fine to release essential oils.
- Mix the mashed garlic and ginger with Vicks and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Apply the paste to sore areas and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes.
- For extra soothing, wrap the area with a warm cloth after application.
Notes
Always do a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. Adjust the amount of garlic and ginger as per sensitivity.
