Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, brewed espresso, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, coat each truffle in melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder.
