Description

A delightful twist on the classic Italian tiramisu, these bite-sized truffles combine rich flavors of coffee and mascarpone with the fun of being easy to share.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, brewed espresso, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
