Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for rolling)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cooled coffee, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes.
  3. Once the mixture is firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll the truffle balls in cocoa powder to coat.
  5. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
