Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, cooled coffee, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Once the mixture is firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffle balls in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
