Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden around the edges.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
