Description

A tender and flavorful slow-cooked pot roast featuring zesty ranch, au jus, and pepperoncini peppers, perfect for any comfort food lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 lb) chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Sear the beef roast on all sides in a hot skillet to develop a rich, brown crust.
  2. Place the roast in the crockpot and sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over it.
  3. Pour in the sliced pepperoncini and their juices.
  4. Set the crockpot on low and cook for about 8 hours.
  5. Shred the roast and serve over mashed potatoes, in a sandwich, or with vegetables.
