Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
- Sear the chicken in a hot skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken rests, chop bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage.
- Whisk together honey and rice vinegar for the dressing.
- Toss the chicken and veggies together in a large bowl with the dressing.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
