Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and mini marshmallows until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie before serving.
