Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and mini marshmallows until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
