Description

A refreshing and colorful salad combining sweet fruits with a zesty lime-mint dressing, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 2.5 cm pieces (approximately 600 g)
  • 1.5 cups strawberries, sliced (225 g)
  • 1.5 cups raspberries (180 g)
  • 1.5 cups cherries, pitted and halved (210 g)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (30 ml)
  • 1.5 teaspoons lime zest (3 g)
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (2 g)


Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the agave syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and finely chopped mint until well blended.
  2. Cube the watermelon and slice the strawberries.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
  4. Drizzle the lime mint dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Just before serving, garnish with extra torn mint leaves.
