Description

An irresistible grilled chicken recipe marinated in yogurt for incredible flavor and tenderness, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the yogurt mixture and let marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve as desired.

Notes

For spicier kick, add chili powder or sriracha to the marinade. Use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
