Description
An irresistible grilled chicken recipe marinated in yogurt for incredible flavor and tenderness, perfect for summer cookouts.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the yogurt mixture and let marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve as desired.
Notes
For spicier kick, add chili powder or sriracha to the marinade. Use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
