Ingredients
- 1 pound Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced
 - 1 each Red Bell Pepper, sliced
 - 1 each Green Bell Pepper, sliced
 - 1 each Medium Yellow Onion, sliced
 - 3 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1 cup Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
 - 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
 - to taste Jalapeños, sliced
 - to taste Hot Sauce
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
 - Add minced garlic and stir for an additional minute.
 - Increase heat to high, add sliced beef sirloin, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
 - Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
 - Reduce heat to medium-low, sprinkle cheese over the mixture, cover, and let melt for 3-4 minutes.
 - Stir the mixture to combine melted cheese with beef and vegetables. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
 - Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
 
Notes
Slice the beef sirloin as thinly as possible for the best texture. Feel free to mix in other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini for added flavor. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
