Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill), for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare fresh ingredients by chopping the cucumber, dicing the bell pepper, and slicing the radishes.
  2. Open the can of sardines and set aside.
